Benzotriazole

Benzotriazole is a powerful corrosion inhibitor used for copper and copper alloys.  It is a popular choice in certain industries to reduce the corrosion of alloys under both atmospheric and immersed conditions.  In the past it has been used as a means to preserve bronze works of art in an acrylic resin formulation called Incralac.
